Updating Your Payment Method

You can easily update your payment method at any time through your client area. This guide will walk you through the process.

Steps to Update Your Payment Method

  1. Log in to the Client Area
    Visit clients.aisweb.com.au and log in with your credentials.

  2. Navigate to Billing
    Click on "Billing" in the top menu, then select "My Invoices" or "Payment Methods".

  3. Add New Payment Method
    Click the "Add Payment Method" button and enter your new credit card or payment details.

  4. Set as Default
    Make sure to set your new payment method as the default for automatic renewals.

  5. Confirm and Save
    Review your information and click "Save" to update your payment method.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards

  • American Express

  • PayPal

  • Bank transfer (for annual plans)

All payment information is securely encrypted and stored using industry-standard PCI DSS compliance. We never store your full credit card number on our servers.
