How to Request a Refund

  1. Log in to clients.aisweb.com.au

  2. Navigate to "Support" and open a new ticket

  3. Select "Billing" as the department

  4. Request a refund and provide your reason (optional but helpful)

  5. Our team will process your request within 2-3 business days

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your services at any time:

Immediate Cancellation

Your service will be cancelled immediately, and you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

End of Billing Period Cancellation

Your service will not renew, and access will end when your current billing period expires.

How to Cancel

  1. Log in to your client area

  2. Go to "Services" → "My Services"

  3. Select the service you want to cancel

  4. Click "Request Cancellation"

  5. Choose your cancellation type and confirm
