Understanding Your Invoice
Your invoice contains important information about your services and billing. Here's a guide to help you understand what each section means.
Invoice Sections
Invoice Number and Date
Each invoice has a unique number for reference. The invoice date shows when it was generated, and the due date indicates when payment is required.
Service Details
This section lists all services included in the invoice:
Service name (e.g., Web Hosting - Business Plan)
Billing period (monthly, quarterly, annually)
Domain names associated with each service
Individual pricing for each item
Payment Information
Subtotal: Total before tax
Tax: GST (10% in Australia)
Total: Final amount due
Payment Status: Paid, Unpaid, or Overdue
Viewing Your Invoices
To access your invoices:
Log in to clients.aisweb.com.au
Click "Billing" in the top menu
Select "My Invoices"
Click on any invoice to view details or download a PDF
Payment Options
You can pay your invoice using:
Credit/debit card (automatic or manual payment)
PayPal
