How to Login to cPanel

Learn how to access your cPanel hosting control panel through your AISweb client account

Accessing Your cPanel Control Panel

The easiest and most secure way to access your cPanel hosting control panel is through your AISweb client account. This method ensures you always have the correct login credentials and direct access.

Method 1: Login via WHMCS Client Area (Recommended)

This is the preferred method as it provides automatic single sign-on to your cPanel without needing to remember separate passwords.

  1. Visit the AISweb Client Portal

    Go to aisweb.com.au

  2. Login to Your Account

    Click the login link and enter your client area credentials (email and password)

  3. Navigate to Services

    Once logged in, go to "Services" → "My Services" from the top menu

  4. Select Your Hosting Package

    Click on the hosting service you want to manage

  5. Access cPanel

    Look for the "Login to cPanel" button or link - clicking this will automatically log you into your control panel

Method 2: Direct cPanel Login

If you prefer to login directly to cPanel, you can use the direct URL:

  1. Find Your cPanel URL

    Your cPanel URL is typically: https://yourdomain.com.au:2083 or https://cpanel.yourdomain.com.au

  2. Enter Your Credentials

    Use the username and password provided in your welcome email

  3. Click "Log in"

Forgot Your cPanel Password?

If you've forgotten your cPanel password:

  • Option 1: Use Method 1 above (login via client area) - this bypasses the need for a password

  • Option 2: Reset your password through the client area under "Services" → "My Services" → Select your service → "Change Password"

  • Option 3: Contact our support team
