Creating Professional Email Accounts

With your AISweb hosting account, you can create unlimited professional email addresses using your own domain name (e.g., info@yourdomain.com.au).

Step 1: Access Email Accounts in cPanel

  1. Log in to your cPanel control panel

  2. Scroll down to the "Email" section

  3. Click on "Email Accounts"

Step 2: Create a New Email Account

  1. Click the "Create" button

  2. Enter the username for your email (e.g., "info", "sales", "support")

  3. Select your domain from the dropdown if you have multiple domains

  4. Create a strong password or use the password generator

  5. Set the mailbox quota (or leave as unlimited)

  6. Click "Create"

Step 3: Access Your Email

You can access your email in three ways:

  • Webmail - Access through your browser at yourdomain.com.au/webmail

  • Email Client - Configure Outlook, Thunderbird, or Apple Mail

  • Mobile Device - Set up on your smartphone or tablet

Email Client Settings

Use these settings when configuring your email client:

  • Incoming Server (IMAP): mail.yourdomain.com.au, Port 993 (SSL)

  • Outgoing Server (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com.au, Port 465 (SSL)

  • Username: Your full email address

  • Password: The password you created

Best Practices

  • Use strong, unique passwords for each email account

  • Enable spam filtering in cPanel

  • Set up email forwarding if needed

  • Configure autoresponders for out-of-office messages

  • Regularly check and clean up your mailbox
