Creating Professional Email Accounts
With your AISweb hosting account, you can create unlimited professional email addresses using your own domain name (e.g., info@yourdomain.com.au).
Step 1: Access Email Accounts in cPanel
Log in to your cPanel control panel
Scroll down to the "Email" section
Click on "Email Accounts"
Step 2: Create a New Email Account
Click the "Create" button
Enter the username for your email (e.g., "info", "sales", "support")
Select your domain from the dropdown if you have multiple domains
Create a strong password or use the password generator
Set the mailbox quota (or leave as unlimited)
Click "Create"
Step 3: Access Your Email
You can access your email in three ways:
Webmail - Access through your browser at yourdomain.com.au/webmail
Email Client - Configure Outlook, Thunderbird, or Apple Mail
Mobile Device - Set up on your smartphone or tablet
Email Client Settings
Use these settings when configuring your email client:
Incoming Server (IMAP): mail.yourdomain.com.au, Port 993 (SSL)
Outgoing Server (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com.au, Port 465 (SSL)
Username: Your full email address
Password: The password you created

Use strong, unique passwords for each email account
Enable spam filtering in cPanel
Set up email forwarding if needed
Configure autoresponders for out-of-office messages
Regularly check and clean up your mailbox
