Webmail allows you to access your email account from any computer with an internet connection, without needing to configure an email client. AISweb hosting includes three webmail applications: Roundcube, Horde, and SquirrelMail.
Accessing Webmail
There are several ways to access your webmail:
Method 1: Direct Webmail URL
Visit one of these URLs (replace "yourdomain.com" with your actual domain):
https://yourdomain.com/webmailhttps://webmail.yourdomain.comhttps://mail.yourdomain.com
Method 2: Via cPanel
Log in to your cPanel account (see our guide on how to login to cPanel)
Scroll down to the Email section
Click Email Accounts
Find the email address you want to access
Click Check Email or Access Webmail
Logging Into Webmail
Enter your full email address (e.g., yourname@yourdomain.com)
Enter your email password
Click Log in
Choose your preferred webmail application:
Roundcube: Modern interface with drag-and-drop functionality (recommended)
Horde: Feature-rich with calendar and tasks integration
SquirrelMail: Lightweight and fast, basic interface
Using Roundcube Webmail
Roundcube is the most popular webmail client and offers a modern, user-friendly interface.
Reading Emails
Click on an email in the list to read it
Use the toolbar to reply, forward, or delete messages
Use folders in the left sidebar to organise your emails
Composing New Emails
Click the Compose button
Enter the recipient's email address in the To field
Add a subject and compose your message
Click the paperclip icon to attach files
Click Send when ready
Managing Contacts
Click the Contacts icon in the top menu
Click Create to add a new contact
Fill in the contact details and click Save
Creating Folders
Right-click on the folder list on the left
Select Create new folder
Name your folder and click Save
Drag and drop emails to organise them into folders
Webmail Settings
To customise your webmail experience:
Click the Settings icon (gear icon)
Adjust preferences such as:
Time zone and language
Display density and theme
Signature for outgoing emails
Email check interval
Click Save to apply changes
Setting Up Your Email Signature
Go to Settings > Identities
Click on your email address
Scroll down to the Signature field
Enter your desired signature
Enable Automatically add signature if desired
Click Save

Webmail vs Email Clients
You can use both webmail and email clients (like Outlook or Thunderbird) simultaneously. Webmail is great for occasional access, whilst email clients offer more features and offline access.
Troubleshooting
If you can't access webmail:
Check that you're using the correct URL format
Verify your email address and password are correct
Clear your browser cache and cookies
Try a different web browser
Ensure your domain's DNS is properly configured
