To forward emails whilst also keeping a copy in the original mailbox:

  2. In the Advanced Options, add both:

    • The destination email address

    • The original email address (this creates a copy in the original mailbox)

  1. Go to Email Forwarders in cPanel

  2. Find the forwarder you want to modify

  3. Click Delete to remove it, or click Edit to modify the destination

Domain-Level Forwarding

You can also set up a catch-all forwarder that forwards all emails sent to non-existent addresses on your domain:

  1. In the Forwarders section, scroll down to Domain Forwarders

  2. Click Add Domain Forwarder

  3. Select the domain

  4. Enter the destination email address

  5. Click Add Domain Forwarder

Warning: Domain forwarders can result in a lot of spam being forwarded to your main account.

Troubleshooting

If forwarding isn't working:

  • Check that the forwarder is listed in your Forwarders section

  • Verify the destination email address is correct

  • Check the destination email's spam folder

  • Ensure the destination email server isn't blocking forwarded emails
