How to Login to the Client Area

Access your client portal to manage services, invoices, and support tickets

Accessing Your AISweb Client Area

The AISweb Client Area is your central hub for managing all aspects of your account, including services, billing, support tickets, and more.

Step 1: Navigate to the Client Area

You can access the client area in several ways:

Step 2: Enter Your Login Credentials

On the login page, you'll need to enter:

  • Email Address: The email address you used when signing up

  • Password: Your account password

Then click the "Login" button to access your account.

First Time Login

If this is your first time logging in:

  1. Check your email for the "Welcome to AISweb" message

  2. Your email address is your username

  3. Use the password you created during signup

  4. If you didn't set a password, use the "Forgot Password?" link

Forgot Your Password?

If you've forgotten your password:

  1. Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page

  2. Enter your registered email address

  3. Check your email for password reset instructions

  4. Click the reset link in the email

  5. Create a new secure password

  6. Log in with your new password

What Can You Do in the Client Area?

Once logged in, you can:

  • View Services: See all your active hosting packages, domains, and add-ons

  • Manage Invoices: View and pay outstanding invoices

  • Submit Support Tickets: Get help from our support team

  • Access cPanel: Quick link to your hosting control panel

  • Order New Services: Add domains, upgrade hosting, or purchase add-ons

  • Update Account Details: Change your contact information and password

  • View Announcements: Stay updated with important news and maintenance notices

  • Download Invoices: Access all your billing history

Client Area vs cPanel

It's important to understand the difference:

  • Client Area: For account management, billing, and support

  • cPanel: For website management, email setup, and hosting features

You can access cPanel directly from the Client Area by clicking on your service and selecting "Login to cPanel". See How to Login to cPanel for more information.

Security Tips

  • Use a strong, unique password for your client area

  • Never share your login credentials

  • Log out when using shared or public computers

  • Enable two-factor authentication if available

  • Keep your contact email address up to date

Troubleshooting Login Issues

If you're having trouble logging in:

  • Incorrect Password: Use the "Forgot Password?" feature to reset it

  • Account Not Found: Verify you're using the correct email address

  • Account Suspended: Check for overdue invoices or contact support

  • Browser Issues: Clear your cache and cookies, or try a different browser
